My professional journey was built in the field — alongside teams, customers, and the day-to-day realities of the job.
I started out as a crew member at Burger King, where I learned discipline, adaptability, and teamwork. I quickly earned the trust of my managers and became a key support in the kitchen, at the register, and in training new hires. That first experience gave me a taste for operational management — the kind where you lead by example, not by giving orders.
Later on, I worked as a manager at Str’eat Burger, then at D’StreetTacos and Waffle Factory. With each position, I developed new skills: team supervision, task organization, stock management, hygiene processes, performance optimization, and most importantly, team support and development. I came to understand that a manager’s role isn’t to "control" — it’s to guide, train, reassure, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.
My longest and most formative experience was as store manager at Domino’s Pizza. I led a team of up to 25 people, managed schedules, recruitment, and profitability targets, all while remaining hands-on in daily operations. I learned to manage a team like a project — balancing strategy, communication, motivation, and high standards. The pressure was constant, but it taught me to handle stress, make quick decisions, and stay focused on what truly matters: people and quality.
Finally, working as an assistant sous-chef in South Korea pushed me far out of my comfort zone. It taught me how to adapt to a different culture and reinforced my sense of discipline. Working abroad taught me humility, patience, and the importance of precision in execution.
Today, all these experiences have become a solid foundation.
I’ve learned how to lead, unite, hit targets, and navigate the unexpected.
But above all, I’ve learned to work with people — for people — and that’s the energy I now want to channel into my transition toward the digital world.
